: PRASHAANT STEEL is a prominent dealer of Stainless Steel 316H Pipes, which is a special category of different iron base alloys which are formulated of different elements like Iron, Chromium, and Nickel. Stainless Steel 316H Seamless Pipes is austenitic steel comprising molybdenum which provides overall better corrosion resistance. Stainless Steel 316H Welded Pipes has good resistance to oxidation in intermittent service up to 870 Degree C and in continuous service to 925 Degree C. Fabrication of Stainless Steel 316H EFW Pipes should be done only with tools dedicated to these alloy materials. Stainless Steel 316H ERW Pipes does not require post weld annealing when welding thin sections. SS 316H Pipes also has excellent strength and even down to cryogenic temperature. Type 316H Pipes steel also provides higher resistance than Type 304, particularly to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments.
Grade 316H Pipes have good mechanical properties and manufacturing characteristics and are corrosion resistance to sea water and concentrated acids. Precautions in 316H Stainless Steel Pipes are necessary to avoid cross contamination of stainless steel by easily corroded metals that may discolor the surface of the fabricated product. In continuous use at 425 Degree C – 860 Degree C is not recommended in SS 316H Seamless Pipes if corrosion resistance in water is required. Due to the presence of Chromium, which is the most important element, it gives these SS 316H Welded Pipes their basic corrosion resistance strength and also resistance to oxidation at higher temperatures.
